Airflow Design Services designed, specified, installed,
procured and project managed the full ventilation
service requirements at the Oshwal Community
Centre in Northaw. Airflow designed and installed a new
air handling unit capable of serving the 1000 person
capacity limit and providing suitable air change rates.
The air handling unit was designed with a heat exchange
section included in order to save on heating costs,
making the unit more energy efficient whilst reducing
the building’s carbon footprint. Airflow installed all
secondary ductwork from the ceiling mounted fan coil
units, providing tempered air to the spaces through
grilles designed in conjunction with the architects ceiling
plans. This provided a comfortable environment for
occupants all year round.
Airflow also designed and installed all toilet extract
systems within the centre. This project was carried out all
within the client’s timescales and budgets.
