When looking for a contractor for any purpose, you will undoubtedly look at the accreditation’s they hold before making a decision as to whether to call upon them for the project in hand. Without the relevant industry qualifications, the trust and belief in the quality of the end result will just not be there on your part, so it is highly advisable to always go for a contractor with, and who showcases, the appropriate accreditations; such as us here at DBS Services.

We are proud of our array of qualifications, so read on to find out a bit more about a couple of them and what they mean to you;

Gas Safe Registered

One of the most important accreditations for companies in our field is to be Gas Safe Registered. The aim of this register is to improve gas safety across the board and make sure all those in the industry are qualified to work with gas; as our team are.

With a Gas Safe Registered engineer you can be confident that the person in question has undergone the necessary training and gained the appropriate qualifications, making them highly capable of working with gas. To recognise a Gas Safe engineer, ask to see their Register ID Card and companies with a team of registered engineers will be proud to showcase the accreditation by adding the logo to vehicles and documentation.

CHAS- The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme

Recognised as the market leader for health and safety assessments, holding this accreditation means that you are assured we take the health and safety of you and our employees seriously on every project we undertake. CHAS has two aims which are to first improve levels of health and safety across Britain and secondly to reduce the often completed health and safety audits companies have to go through.

By undertaking many different assessments, we at DBS Services have gained our accreditation, proving that our health and safety standards are high and that we take the necessary precautionary measures before beginning work on any project in any setting.

These are just two of the accreditations we hold here at DBS Services, however with others including REFCOM, HVCA and Safe Contractor approved in our repertoire, it is clear to see how important we take the relevant industry accreditations and the level of trust and reliability you can put in our team.
